‘Pumpkin’. You have my attention.
‘Chocolate.’ Go on….
‘Together.’ Count me in!
The conversation I have with every one of my clients when I tell them about my latest fall recipe creation.
The perfect fall smoothie. Rich, but not heavy. Satisfying without the guilt. Healthy and delicious. This smoothie checks off all the boxes.
I could have done what most recipe developers do and recreate a pumpkin pie latte or smoothie but I strive to offer you all something a little different.

This fall, I wanted to incorporate cacao with a season inspired ingredient….pumpkin of course. And not just that, we’re adding a splash of coffee. Because well, pumpkin spice lattes are SO 2015.
Why I you’ll love this smoothie:
-The recipe calls for cacao which comes with a boat load of health benefits that will make you fall in love with chocolate all over again. Click here to read more on cacao.
-High in protein replenishing muscles after a workout
-Perfect smoothie for that time of the month. Not only curing your chocolate craving but boosts energy and mood too!
-Can be made caffeine free! Or not.
-Packed with fibre aiding in weight loss and supporting digestion
-Inexpensive and easy to make!

This recipe knocks your typical pumpkin latte out of the park. You have my full permission to roll your eyes when you’re bestie dips into Starbucks to grab the fall classic. Get with the times bae, added sugar is out and a nutrient dense beautifying smoothie is in!
Cue throwing leaves in the air while we spin around into true fall bliss sipping our new favorite fall shake.
