I took matters into my own hands becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in weight loss and fitness.
Now I work with men and women all over empowering and supporting them by taking the confusing ever changing nutrition and fitness information and simplifying it. The result, attainable steps, digestible information, delicious recipes, a fulfilling lifestyle with long lasting results.
