đ¸How to do itđ¸
1ď¸âŁgrab an interval timer- I use this free app timer. Set the timer to 60 seconds âhighâ or âonâ & 15 seconds âlowâ or âoffâ
2ď¸âŁ complete all the exercises in round 1 for 60 seconds taking a 15 second break in between.
3ď¸âŁ once finished then round, re set the timer to 40-15 & repeat the round.
4ď¸âŁ in the third round perform 30 seconds of each exercise with a 10 second break in between.
5ď¸âŁ repeat this for each round.
