•we use a timer so no counting reps necessary
•burn MAJOR calories, during + long after
•no equipment needed
•cardio, strength + full body movement

🔸How to do it🔸
1️⃣grab an interval timer- I use this free app timer. Set the timer to 60 seconds ‘high’ or ‘on’ & 15 seconds ‘low’ or ‘off’
2️⃣ complete all the exercises in round 1 for 60 seconds taking a 15 second break in between.
3️⃣ once finished then round, re set the timer to 40-15 & repeat the round.
4️⃣ in the third round perform 30 seconds of each exercise with a 10 second break in between.
5️⃣ repeat this for each round.
