Maca-licious Latte
Thick, creamy and oh so satisfying, this latte provides energy and promotes the balance of hormones.

- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tbsp mct or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup oat or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tsp stevia or monk fruit to taste
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place oat or coconut milk in a sauce pan along with 1/2 cup water and bring to almost a boil
Place liquid and all ingredients into a blender mixing on medium to low speed for 30 seconds
Pour into mug and top with additional cinnamon
