Maca-licious Latte

Thick, creamy and oh so satisfying, this latte provides energy and promotes the balance of hormones.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tbsp mct or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup oat or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp stevia or monk fruit to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place oat or coconut milk in a sauce pan along with 1/2 cup water and bring to almost a boil
  • Place liquid and all ingredients into a blender mixing on medium to low speed for 30 seconds
  • Pour into mug and top with additional cinnamon
