  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/3 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  • Allow to sit overnight to allow chia seeds to gelatinize or eat right away.
