Pepita Vegan Oil-Free Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt rock, sea or Himalayan
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add all ingredients and blend for 60 seconds
  • Heat up in a sauce pan or enjoy chilled. Store in fridge.
