Cheesy Chive Vegan Biscuits

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flower
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil + 2 tbsp
  • 1 1/2 flax seed eggs 4 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 1/2 cup water whisked together and set for 10 mins)
  • 1 1/4 cup zucchini grated
  • 1/4 cup chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Mix all wet ingredients together
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make 7 patties about the size of your palm
  • Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Biscuits should be cooked all the way through
  • Allow to cool before enjoying
