Healthy Vegan Mousse- 2 Flavours!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • stevia to taste
  • 1/4 tsp rock, sea or Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings

Add On's For Red Velvet Flavour

  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp beet root powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • Blend all Cacao Coconut ingredients together except coconut shavings
  • Allow to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes
  • Serve and top with coconut shavings

For Red Velvet

  • Add strawberries and beet root powder to blender. Blend well
  • Allow to sit in fridge for 10 minutes
  • Top with cacao nibs

Notes

To make 2 servings of both flavours, follow the instructions to make Cacao Coconut Mousse. Once finished, scoop out half the mixture before adding strawberries and beetroot powder. Blend well. 
Top with coconut shavings and cacao nibs.
