Vegan Horchata

not exactly traditional but smooth, slightly sweet and a healthy option for a simple dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups unsweetened vanilla rice milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or shaker cup add rice milk, cinnamon and stevia/monk fruit. Shake well or blend for 30-40 seconds.
  • Divide ice between glasses pouring Horchata over the ice.
  • Top with additional cinnamon and garnish with cinnamon stick.
