No Booze, No Problem!

No Booze, No Problem!

Healthy Year-Round Mocktails!

When trying to reach new weight loss and fitness goals, it is absolutely necessary to cut back or eliminate alcohol.  I know, not exactly what everyone wants to hear. I strongly believe in the 80/20 rule, but if you’re looking to achieve results fast, cutting out booze can make a huge difference.

I think the hardest part of giving up drinking is the habit of enjoying a glass of wine with dinner or sipping on some sparkling with friends. In my practice I’ve had the most success with clients by not just taking away alcohol, sugar, fried foods eat but replacing them with healthier options.

When you are on a strict diet or meal plan, it can be incredibly intimidating to meet up with friends knowing you won’t be partaking in having a few ‘sodas’. With these healthy, tasty, sippers, you won’t feel like your missing out one bit.  The best part is, you can sit, back, relax and laugh with your gals until your heart’s content and still make your 6:00 am spin class tomorrow feeling better than ever!
