Healthy Vegan Mousse – 2 Flavours!

Vegan Mousse dessert

Sometimes it happens when we’re sitting on the couch watching a movie. Sometimes after a nice dinner out.  No matter where we are, when that sweet tooth hits, sometimes, there’s just no way around it.

It can take over our whole body and mind.  All of a sudden we become a Thoroughbred with blinders on determined to get our fix. ‘Don’t do it, stick to your goals!’ That little voice in your head pleads. ‘Shut up! I’ll deal with you later’.

So what do we do when those cravings hit? How do we satisfy it without derailing our progress?

My favorite thing about this recipe is the texture. It’ s thick and creamy, almost pudding-like which made it ultra satisfying. Plus the healthy fats in the avocado help stabilize blood sugar which actually helps rid sugar cravings! Double score!
